Crocs is an absolte NO

This is an absolute NO. I know all the celebs are wearing these ridiculous "shoes" nowadays, but trust me, they are seriously a walking disaster (really). Lay off these, no matter what. If you need comfort, get som flipflops or cute ballerinas instead.
